1) Returns:

We take great care to provide detailed and accurate descriptions of all of our products, and include many detailed pictures. If you have any questions prior to your purchase we are happy to answer them for you. Please don’t hesitate to contact us before making your purchase if you have any questions.

Our return policy is good for 7 days following the day your package is delivered. You must contact us within 3 days of the date of delivery if you would like to request an authorization for a return. After this time all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued on any items returned to us if we were not contacted by you (the buyer) within 3 days of your purchase being delivered to you.

When contacting us to request a return or exchange, please reference the order number provided to you in your order confirmation email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original packaging material and package inserts. Bedding and packaged items must not have been removed from the package.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non refundable. If a return is authorized and compliant with our terms and conditions a refund will be issued for the dollar amount of the item purchased only.

Once a return has been inspected and proves to be in compliance with our terms and conditions regarding returns, a refund will be issued within two business days. Please note that it may take a little longer for your refund to post to your bank account or credit card. Please refer to your banking institution or credit card provider for more information on how long your refund will take post to your account.

Please note: If you are paying for your order with PayPal your items must be shipped to a confirmed PayPal address, and your shipping address must be the same as your billing address.

If you are paying for your order using any of our other payment methods, we strongly recommend that your shipping address be the same as your billing address.

If you choose to have your order shipped to an address that does not match your billing address we cannot guarantee delivery. Once your package has been delivered to the address provided by you, and it is not the same as that of your billing address, our return policy will be considered void and no refunds will be issued. If the package is undeliverable to the provided address, and is subsequently returned to us by the carrier, we will assess a 25% restocking fee, and shipping charges will not be refunded.

2) Exchanges:

All exchanges will be handled using the same terms and conditions found in our return policy.

In additions, exchanges can only be made for an item of equal or lesser value.

We can not exchange any items that have been removed from their original packaging.

Note for all purchases:

The measurements for all items are listed in the description of each item.

For bedding items, please be sure to measure your bed before making your purchase to insure that the item you are purchasing will fit properly, and is the right size and length to drape down over the edges in the style that you like.

It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the items that they receive from us, and follow all instructions for proper washing and care of those items. For bedding items these instructions can be found on the manufacturer’s tag affixed to the item.

Any items that are unclaimed or returned without prior authorization will either: 1) Be refused and returned back to you at your expense, or 2) You will be charged a 25% restock fee and issued a store credit for the balance less all shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.

Any bedding that has been removed from its original packaging can not be returned or exchanged.

3) Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled. If you feel you made an error in selecting size, color or quantity of an item, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help with an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, or issue store credit for a future purchase.

4) Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

5) Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

6) International Purchases:

Some international orders that are being shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your country’s customs officials for details about these charges before completing your purchase.

In these cases we will contact you as soon as your order is processed. All items are packaged carefully for shipping to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. If you choose to have your package shipped with USPS you should receive your items within 2-4 business days. If you choose to have your items shipped with Fed Ex your package should arrive in approximately 4-9 business days. If you choose Fed Ex as your shipping method and your item is small and light weight we may choose to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority mail at our discretion and at no extra cost to you.


We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
